We are based in Berlin offering customized management services in the fields of design & build, construction support, and project coordination, with a focus on client advisory and representation. Our activities include architectural and spatial design input, process facilitation, and guidance on real estate development in both existing buildings and new constructions. We aim to foster clear communication and structured collaboration between all involved stakeholders throughout each project phase.

We collaborate with national and international clients across various project locations in Germany, Spain, and some more EU countries, offering conceptual input, organizational support, and coordination services that promote structured and goal-oriented processes.
